what is a studio painting?
a studio painting is sometimes one where I use the leftover paint at the end of the day! Its also sometimes a painting that I am demonstrating for my creative weekend retreat women! And sometimes its just me trying something out for color or scale .
these paintings are done in smaller edge canvas , mostly back stapled , sometimes gallery wrapped. They are a come as you are kind of painting . They do NOT include a frame . You can display them on an easel , you can pop them into your own frame or lean them on a shelf!
they will always be painted around the sides !
it has been given a coat of high gloss varnish to protect and preserve it for a lifetime!
